Tayside Recorders – What You Can Do

National surveys of species and habitats help to keep records of the abundance of a particular species and the habitat in which it is found.

This helps to maintain high biodiversity levels within the area, by promoting the awareness of site’s of special scientific interest (SSSI’s) or special areas of conservation.
